He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Hane and William Hane; his siblings, John and Brenda; and his great grandchild Criscilla Hane.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, James Hane, Joseph Hane, Davon Massie, Dayton Massie and Sine Green. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; 4 brothers; 6 sisters; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
