He was predeceased by: his grandson Jordan. He is survived by: his wife Rose Bartz; his daughters, Diane Bartz, Pam Kalpin and Lisa Adams; his stepdaughters, Debbie Tischler and Denise Walton; and his grandchildren, Megan, Shelby of Eva, A. J., Rita, Kelsey and Matt McAllister. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
