He was predeceased by: his son Jeffrey. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his sons, Alan (Sharon), Doug (Tami), Kevin, Todd (Mindy) and Jay (Leigh); and his grandchildren, Nikki, Jesse, Megan, Holli, Jake, Michael, Amanda and Justin. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
