She is survived by: her pet Kobe; her mother Kelly; her siblings, John, Teresa and Isaiah; her grandparents, Yvonne and Michael; her uncles, Joe (Liz), Bob and Michael (Ann); her niece Maddison; and her nephews, Josiah, Michael, Jayden and Jeremiah.

Memorials may be made in Alexis's name to Lupus Foundation of America.
