He is survived by: his parents, Bruce Johnson and Joan Johnson; his sisters, Christy Oneill, Laura Johnson (Andy) and Carla Johnson; and his nieces and nephews, Parker Oneill, Carter Johnson, Hudson Berg, Kaleb Johnson and Marilyn Johnson.
