He is survived by: his wife Theresa S. (O'Connor); his children, Guy Clark, Kevin Clark (Debbie), Brian Clark (Ann), Kerry Clark (Patti), Danette Matykiewicz and Dana Klem (Mike); his children-in-law, Steve Bjerke and Tina Clark; and his grandchildren, Al Bjerke, Jay Clark, Melissa Clark, Theresa Jeffries, Jennifer Orsino, Brianna Clark, Mackenzie Morales-Clark, Amanda Jacobsen, Mike Matykiewicz, Karina Diem, Shannon Scott, Erin Wallace, Alyson Clark, Sean Clark, Ryan Brang, Tim Brang and Megan Brang. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
