He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Joyce (Wiley). He is survived by: his wife Lisa (Hypes); and his siblings, Sharyl Bussen (Mike), Connie O'Gara (Kevin) and Craig Meyer (Bo). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
