It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Jane Thielen of Saint Paul Park, Minnesota, born in North Saint Paul, Minnesota, who passed away on December 7, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband George Thielen; and her daughter Judy Prowse (David). She is survived by: her sister Pat Pfeifer; her children, Lori Mitchell, Sharon Thielen, Larry Thielen (Vicki), Dan Thielen (Kate) and Joe Thielen; her grandchildren, Jessie, Brandon, Caroline, Matt, Nikki, Patrick, Josh, Adam and Megan; and her great grandchildren, Emerson, Jackson, Elijah, Sawyer, Atticus, Cecelia and Harper. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Whether it was volunteering at local shelters or donating to various causes close to her heart, Mary Jane consistently exemplified the true meaning of compassion.
