He was predeceased by: his wife Marion Curtis (Carroll); his parents, Waldo Curtis and Edna Curtis; his sisters, Ruth Rangle (Ralph), Bettie Perez (Emil) and Nancy Ebert (Russ); his son-in-law Jay Lafin; and his grandson Christopher Swanson.
He is survived by: his children, Rog Curtis (Sui), Jim Curtis (Mary), Kari Swanson (Dick) and Sherri Lafin. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
