It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Starks (Saint Paul Park, Minnesota), born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on February 4, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter H. Davis Sr. and Thelma E. Foehl Kaucher; and her siblings, Walter H. Davis, Jr. and Diane J. Krasko. She is survived by: her daughter Sarah Kleinschmidt (Travis); her grandson Thomas Kleinschmidt; her nephews, Joseph Krasko, Jr. (Annette) and James Krasko (Debra); her niece Edith Krasko; her pet Mitzy; and her daughters, Signe Bartlett, Ingrid Haby, Suzi Martin, Jennifer Hobbs and Deb Olsen Hines. She is also survived by animals - whether it was her horses, cats or dogs, she always had an animal companion.
