She was predeceased by: her father Chester Dale; her aunts and uncles, Glenn Dale, Earl Winfield, Lucinda Wells and Deloris Scheer; her niece Sydney Hlavka; and her father-in-law Joseph Hlavka.
She is survived by: her parent Luna Pearl Dale (Lone); her husband Mark Hlavka; her daughters, Eve and Emily; her siblings, Robin Dale, Kim Wood, Mark Dale, John Paul Dale and Richard Dale; and her mother-in-law Elaine Hlavka. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
