It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard John Ostman of Saint Michael, Minnesota, who passed away on April 7, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Ostman and Margaret Ostman (Nelson); and his brother Lowell Ostman. He is survived by: his son Matthew; his wife Margaret "Peggy" Kraemer-Ostman; and his son Michael Ostman.
