He is survived by: his wife Dellas; his children, Deon Singer (Lori) of Rogers and Desarae Sweeney of Mesa; his grandchildren, Shelby Singer of Mason, Zachary Singer of Rogers and Shane Singer of Rogers; and his siblings, Jane Richardson of Moreno Valley, William "Bill" Singer (Dianna) of Rapid City, Thomas Singer (Judy) of Mobridge and Judy Tobin of Pierre. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
