She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Thull and Elizabeth Thull (Leukam); her husband Eugene "Gene" Utsch; her son-in-law Willie Marthaler; her brother Robert; and her siblings-in-law, Ray Loxtercamp and Annella Thull.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Marthaler of Lake Henry, Bev Marthaler (Arnie) of Osakis, Ken (Shirley) of Paynesville and Sharon Marthaler (David) of Osakis; and her siblings, Ermenia Loxtercamp of Paynesville, Linus Thull of Greenwald, Anthony Thull (Rosie) of Meier Grove, Herbert Thull (Lori) of Melrose and Lucille Lieser (Ronald) of Lake Henry. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren.
