She was predeceased by: her husband Manny; her parents, Isadore Berg and Nellie Berg; and her brother Robert Berg. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Kohen (Deb), Bonnie Waldman (Steve) and Steve Kohen (Diane); her grandchildren, Tom (Sara), Elizabeth (Morgan), Jessica (Quinn), Jake (Maddie), Joe and Jack; her great grandchildren, Polly, Hattie, Jameson, Kennedy, Charlie and Hazel; and her sister Idelle Berke.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to donors' choice.
