She was predeceased by: her husband Harold "Butz" Haskovitz; her son Barrie; her grandson Max; her parents, Bess (Israel Pomush) and Jacob (Rebecca Haskovitz); her siblings, Aryln (Marcia), Butch, Darlene Schwartz (Nathan), Sidney Haskovitz (Roselee) and Delores Chazin (Mitzie); and her niece Diana Chazin Levitt.

She is survived by: her children, Becky, Julie and Jack (Stephanie Paul); her grandchildren, Mirit Avny (Shai), Jessica Paul and Colin Paul; her great grandchildren, Gev, Tzuk and Raviv; her brother Sam Pomush; and her sister-in-law Janet Pomush. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Shirley would want memorials to go to Beth El Synagogue or to your favorite charity of choice.
