He was predeceased by: his wife Diana; his parents, Arthur Paskoff and Rebecca Paskoff; and his siblings, Shirlee Getlin (Herbert), Marjorie Greenberg (Arthur) and Edward Paskoff (Helen).
He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Wald (Ira), Ross Paskoff (Leslie) and Ronna Biesse (Philippe); and his grandchildren, Devorah Wald, Rebecca Wald, Elizabeth Wald-Fee (Greg), Aaron Wald, Moriah Wald, Rachel Biesse, Esther Biesse, Ari Biesse, Ilana Bromberg (Doneal), Zachary Paskoff and Joshua Paskoff. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
