He was predeceased by: his wife Joy Belzer; his parents, Ben Belzer and Rose Belzer; and his siblings, Mike "Meyer" Belzer, Ruth Tolchiner, Mary Sussman and Dorothy Serebrin.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph Belzer (Susan), Linda Dworsky (Rick) and Laurie Levi (David); his grandchildren, Aaron (Mary Dillon), Bryan (Whitney), Adam Belzer, Dylan Dworsky, Rachel and Ryan Levi (Fares Akremi); and his great grandchildren, Hunter and Coraline Belzer.
