He was predeceased by: his wife Maxine J. Kravetz. He is survived by: his children, Lesli, David Rubin, Stephanie J. Kravetz, Gary and Mariel Creo Kravetz; and his grandchildren, Daniel Rubin, Emilia and Alessandra Kravetz.
