She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald; her parents, Raymond Jordan and Margaret Jordan; and her siblings, Leonard, Ray and Mick.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Cook (Steve), Tom, Jim, Shaleen and Maureen Slavin; her grandchildren, Joe (Kristine), Jim (Megan), Sheila (Jose), Nick (Christine) and Colleen (Nestor); her great grandchildren, Colin, Clare, Mateo and Delilah; her siblings, Lorraine, Rich and Tom; and her sisters-in-law, Mona, Nadine and Winnie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
