He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Weiner and Olga Weiner; his wife Florence Weiner; and his brother Robert Wainer. He is survived by: his son Richard Weiner (Marla); his granddaughters, Emily, Jacqueline and Eva Weiner; and his nephew Robert Markus.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the World Jewish Congress (American Section) or the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund.
