He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Woods, and Rosella A. Woods, Sr. (Driver). He is survived by: his wife Ellen L. Thompson; his children, Melissa Theisen (Adam) of St. Cloud, Eric of St. Cloud, Megan Woods of St. Joseph and Morgan Franzwa (Jordan) of St. Cloud; his grandchildren, Andrew Theisen, Bailey Means, Valerie Theisen, Devan Franzwa and Mackenzie Franzwa; and his siblings, Jim (Judy) of St. Cloud, Kevin (Teresa) of Garrison, Keith (Sigrid) of Cottonwood, AZ, Sandy Roonzani (Rich) of St. Cloud, Jeff (Maxine) of St. Cloud, Pam Liesch (Glenn) of Sauk Rapids, Cheri Fuchs (Kevin) of Cold Spring, Brian (Missy) of St. Cloud, Becky Woods of Mora and Christy Laudenbach (Steve) of Clear Lake. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
