She is survived by: her wife Michelle; her sons, Nick (Diana), Chad (Kristin) and Jacob (Samm); her grandchildren, Jackson, Sophie, Riley, Chase, Max, Easton, Leonidas, Nicole and Natasha; her mother-in-law Dianne Miller; and her siblings, Cindy, Jeff (LuRae) and David. She is also survived by nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
