He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Anton Balder and Josephine Balder (Wybeirla); his wife Zita Balder; his children, Vicki Noakes (Ken) and Michael Balder (Gina); his grandsons, Ryan, Jordan and Chase; and his siblings, Tony Balder (Val) of Minot, ND, Dan Balder (Joan), Champlain, Joanne Boyd and Annette Lightfritz.
