He was predeceased by: his parents, William Neubauer and Anna Neubauer (Bruzek); and his wife Margaret VonBank. He is survived by: his daughter Bridget Pieper (Ray) of New Prague; and his grandchildren, Tim Pieper (Crystal) of New Prague, Maizie Scheffler (Tony) of Zumbrota, Chrissy Duhme (Mark) of Montgomery, Beth Tews (Jamie) of Winona, Brian Pieper (Emily) of New Prague, Nick Pieper (Megan) of New Prague, Dan Pieper of Lonsdale, Tracy Cemensky (David) of LeCenter, Maria Prange (Max) and Emily Olson (Chad) of Lonsdale. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren, and other loving relatives and friends.
