It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine A. Welter (Saint Joseph, Minnesota), who passed away on February 13, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Jannicke and Irene Jannicke (Gregory); her husband Europe; her stepfather Wilfred Hoffman; her husband Philip of St. Joseph, MN; her children, Jason Welter (Kelli) of Champlin, MN, Tony Welter (Becky) of Wayzata, MN, Joel Welter of Vail, CO and Colin Welter of Indonesia; her grandchildren, Mason, Ruby, Brodey and Kendal; and her stepsister Mary Fredericksen (David). She was also cherished by other relatives and many friends.
