He is survived by: his wife Eileen Eizenhoefer; his sons, Rick (Eileen), Randy (Karen) and Todd (Kim); and his siblings-in-law, Dave Osterholt and Marcy. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
