He is survived by: his wife LaVonne Bushkofsky of St. Cloud, MN; his children, Justin Bushkofsky (Elizabeth) of Oregon, WI, Heather Zabel of Sartell and Tara Maile (Adam) of Clearwater; his brothers, James Bushkofsky (Vickie) of Sheffield, IA, Lyle Bushkofsky (Karmen) of Westgate, IA and Roger Bushkofsky (Michelle) of Elkader, IA; his sister-in-law Rachel Bushkofsky of Elkader, IA; and his grandchildren, Skylar Martin, Hudson Zabel, Brinkley Zabel, Presten Maile, Grace Maile, Everleigh Malikowski, Lillian Bushkofsky and Riley Bushkofsky. He is also survived by his wife, children and grandchildren.
