He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Claude Moulton and Laura Moulton; and his brother Harland. He is survived by: his wife Marge; his children, David (Pamela), Brian (Laurie), Kay Hawkins (Allan) and Judy Haugen (Bruce); and his grandchildren, Randi Streblow (Joshua), Jana Eads (Dan), Grant Hawkins, Stephen Moulton (Rebecca), Sarah Miller (Ryan), Hannah Haugen and Simon Haugen. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
He served on the American Cancer Society board, the hospital board, and the school board.
