He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Herbert; his wife Connie Berndt of St. James; his children, Ricky Berndt (Cora), Kelly Berndt (Wendy), Tammy Edgerton (Larry) and Nichole Ubel (Brian); his grandchildren, Cecile Wiley, April Alcock, Shae Edgerton, Keegan Edgerton, Joshua Ubel and Megan Ubel; his great grandchildren, Abby, Madison, Everett, Emma, Cooper and Carter; his parents, Herbert Berndt and Clara Berndt; and his siblings, LeRoy Berndt, Kathleen Stark, Clarice Trebesch, Evelyn O'Hearn, Eldora Mead and Charlet Meenen. He was also cherished by many Nieces and Nephews.
