Eva Caroline Finstad Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2024, at the age of 82, Eva Caroline Finstad of Saint James, Minnesota, born in Darfur, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daney Stark and Eva Stark; her husband Ron Finstad; and her siblings, Velda Englin, Celesta Hagg, Donna Belle Seavert, Elaine Jorgenson, Betty Rathman and Wendell Stark.
She is survived by: her sons, Theron of Columbia, MD and TJ (Tina) of North Platte, NE.; her grandchildren, Seth and Eliana Finstad; her siblings, Anita Carlson and Harlie Stark (Carol); and her siblings-in-law, Maxine Muller (Al) and Jerry Ericksen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Samaritan's Purse, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or Smile Train. Smile Train is a nonprofit organization and charity that helps families, supporters, and medical professionals in 87 countries transform the lives of babies born with cleft lip and palate.
