He was predeceased by: his parents, Ingeborg Forseth and Peter Forseth; his sister Carol Jacoby of St. James; and his brother-in-law LeRoy Olson of Mankato. He is survived by: his sister Betty Olson Sanger (Tom) of Kasota, MN; his brother-in-law Don Jacoby of St. James; his nephew Paul Jacoby (Melissa) of St. James; and his nieces, Julie Jacoby Nash (Jeff) of Ankeny, IA, Amy Olson Hartzler (Greg) of Alpha, MN, Lisa Jacoby Davis (Jay) of Eau Claire, WI and Holly Olson Roth (Mark) of Bloomington, MN.
