With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gordon Johnson of Saint Hilaire, Minnesota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Peter and Gladys Rudella Johnson (Strand); his wife Dorothy Arlene Nelson; his daughter Nancee; his granddaughter Angie; and his siblings, Lois Schultz (Duwayne), David Johnson and Darrel Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Berggren (Rance), Ronald Johnson (Debra) and Wayne Johnson (Bev); his grandchildren, Mitchell (Melissa), Kari (Mike), Nicki (Marc), Chelsea (Ryan), Preston (Kristina) and Chasity (Travis); his great grandchildren, Ashton, Austin, Aren, Arik, Avory, Azalee, Brandon, Mariah, Jayden, Chase, Blake, Dawson, Mikaela, Ryder, Henry, Tell, Morgan, Abigail, Knox, Brooks and Nash; his great great grandchildren, Luca, Astrid, Layla and Onyx; his siblings, Arlene Schipper, Wesley Johnson (Di) and Kevin Johnson (Jan); and his siblings-in-law, Marvie Johnson, Barbara Lee, Gladys Fladhammer and Adolph Nelson (Carolyn). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A prayer was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Our Saviours Lutheran Church- TRF (2075 US-59, Thief River Falls, MN 56701). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Saviour's Free Lutheran Church (2075 US-59, Thief River Falls, MN 56701).
