He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilma Thompson and Hartley Thompson; and his sister Janice Green. He is survived by: his wife Joan Kratz; his daughters, Lindsey and Katie; and his sisters, Joanne Hartzler (Alvin), Shirley Grant (Gordon) and Kathy Tagg (Lee). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other family, and friends.
