With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sarah Adams (Saint Francis, Minnesota), who passed away on July 31, 2018 at the age of 39. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, John Shermak, Clara Shermak, John Chan and Mary Chan; her aunts, Elsie Campbell and Margaret Shermak; and her uncle Paul Shermak.
She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Josie, Cody and Ashlyn; her parents, Francis Chan of Alexandria and Lorraine Chan of Alexandria; her siblings, Vickie Schwartz (Jamie) of Alexandria, Paul Chan (Heather) of Alexandria and Nathan Chan of Alexandria; her parents-in-law, Bob Adams of Ramsey and Pat Adams of Ramsey; and her sisters-in-law, Stacey Hoefer of Sioux City and Chrissy King (Neil) of Crooks. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Sarah is survived by her husband of 11 years, John; three children, Josie, Cody and Ashlyn; parents, Francis and Lorraine Chan of Alexandria; three siblings, Vickie (Jamie) Schwartz, Paul (Heather) Chan and Nathan Chan all of Alexandria; parents-in-law, Bob and Pat Adams of Ramsey; two sisters-in-law, Stacey Hoefer of Sioux City, Iowa and Chrissy (Neil) King of Crooks, South Dakota; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. favorite_border Donations Pledges.
