He was loved and cherished by many people including: his child Ian Ebeling; his parents, Rex Hayes and Lois Hayes; his sister-in-law Glenda Hayes; his parents-in-law, Lucille Ahlman and Gilbert Ahlman; his wife Polly; and his children, Tracey Johnson, Rod Hayes (Judy), Barbara Bailey and Marilyn Phillips (Lem). He was also cherished by his siblings and their spouses.
