He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Maxwell and Luella G. Maxwell; and his siblings, Gerald, Darrell, Darlene and Leona Maxwell.
He is survived by: his wife Candace L. Maxwell; his siblings, Larry Maxwell (Kathy) and Pam Moser (Tom); his sister-in-law LaDonna A. Westphal; and his nieces and nephews, Valarie, Chuck Jr., Lynette and Dewayne. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hillside Chapel (2610 19th Ave NE, Minneapolis, MN 55418). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:15 PM at the Hillside Cemetery (122 Atlantic Ave, Kerkhoven, MN 56252).
