He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Allen (Marvin) of Kopperl, TX, Wim Ibes of Sumas, WA, John Ibes (Sabine) of Minneapolis, MN, Mia Boom (Vince) of Burleston, TX, Katie Ibes of Minneapolis, MN and Dorothy Ibes of Williamsburg, VA; and his wife Akiko Yoshikawa. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
