He was predeceased by: his parents, William Samsa and Clara Samsa. He is survived by: his wife Rita Hames; his children, Philip Samsa, Donna Miliotis (Dave), Greg Samsa (Sandi), Jean Weborg (JW) and Kathy Pruitt (Jeff); and his sister Clarice Koffski. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
