We are sad to announce that on July 22, 2024, at the age of 67, William John Leeper of Saint Cloud, Minnesota, born in Waterloo, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Leeper and Jane Leeper (Schmitt); his brother Larry Leeper; and his in-laws, Eugene and Mable Stocks.

He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his sons, Joshua Leeper (Cassie) of Annandale, MN and Justin Leeper (Brittany Young) of Schenectady, NY; his grandchildren, Lucas and Madelynn; his siblings, Duane (Lynette) of Hudson, Iowa, Theresa Leeper of St. Cloud, MN and Cathy Van Hoozer of Evansdale, Iowa; and his sister-in-law Sharon Leeper of Austin, TX. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
