With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Victor M. Hengel Jr. of Saint Cloud, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 19, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Sr. Hengel and Wilhelmina Hengel (Lommel); his children, Kathy "JoJo" and Steven; his great grandchildren, Mason and Michael; and his siblings, Virgil, LaDonna Theisen and LaVonne Hirdler.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce Hengel; his children, Bob Hengel (Karen) of Sauk Rapids, Sue James (Bob) of Flagstaff, AZ, Kevin Hengel (Lori) of Horace, ND and David Hengel (Kelley) of Bemidji, MN; and his brother Gene Hengel. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren.

Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers to the Kathy Hengel Scholarship fund at Cathedral High School.
