He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin D Lahr and Clara Lahr (Pfannenstein); his siblings, Irma Grelson, Daniel Lahr, Marvin Lahr and Milton Lahr; and his siblings-in-law, Joan Lahr (Sauer), Kathy Lahr (Rarick), Don Grelson and Dexter Rasmussen.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Faust; his children, Linda Long (Jon) and Charles Lahr (Vicki); his grandchildren, Aaron Long (Kim) of St. Cloud, Amy Lundy of Fargo, ND, Brian Lahr (Jonalyn) of Sauk Rapids, Daniel Lahr (Megan) of Sartell, Eric Lahr (Chelsea) of Sauk Rapids, Ryan Imdieke (Nikki) of Sartell and Holly Bakker (Dave) of Maple Grove; his great grandchildren, Sophie, Brooklyn, Hadley, Jon, Colton, Brecken, Asher, Logan, Bria, Olivia, Kenza, Elliott and Isla; and his siblings, Jerome Lahr (Bev) of St. Joseph, Eugene Lahr (Barb) of St. Cloud and Annella Rasmussen of Pittsburg, PA..
