He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Feild Parham, Jr. and Lousie White Barton Parham; and his brother John Parham. He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Lichty and Maggie Cichosz (Tim); his stepson Alex Carroll (Shari); his sister Joan Parham (Larry Hammond); and his granddaughters, Sydney, Avery Lichty, Beatrix and Wilhelmina Cichosz.

The family has requested that remembrances be made in the form of contributions to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
