The passing of Sandra (Sandy) Burtness (Saint Cloud, Minnesota) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on January 3, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Marty and Lorraine Marty (Anderson); and her siblings, Tom Marty, Karen Ann and Gail Lindor.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Burtness (Bob); her children, Holly Burtness of St. Cloud and Brian Burtness (Abby) of Henderson, MN.; her grandchildren, Aiden Forstner, Beckett, Zoey Burtness, Ayden and Ansley Volek; her siblings, Allen (Kathie), Jan (Wayne), Renee, Marcia (Gertjan) and Keith (Maria); and her siblings-in-law, Deanne Marty (Tom), Christine Burtness (Dale Van Cleve), Jerry Lindor (Gail) and Paul Burtness (Jean Marie). She is also survived by 25 nieces and nephews; and numerous great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church (4310 Co Rd 137, St Cloud, MN 56301). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
