She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Winkelman and Frances Winkelman (Kieke); her husband Donald H. Neutgens; and her siblings, Delmar, Melvin, Harvey, Earl Winkelman and Corrine Roehl.

She is survived by: her children, Sandra (John Swanson) of Scandia, Christi (Rolf Bolstad) of Minneapolis, Therese (Nedjo Spaic) of Palmer, AK, Kurt of Kansas City, MO and Kevin (Lisa Rhodes) of New Berlin, WI; her grandchildren, Ana (Felipe Rodrigues), Marija, Katarina (Alex Guzman), Tomo (Marie-Sophie), Tatijana, Luka, Sofija Spaic, Violet Neutgens, Isaiah Neustrom (Cate), Tyler Rose, Corbin and Shane Neutgens; her great grandchildren, Nicola, Gabriel Spaic Rodriguez, Raelyn and Ransom Neustrom; and her sister Marjorie Gadacz of Foley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
