He is survived by: his children, Richard (Susan) of Lake Leelanau, Brenda Adolph (Bill) of Kimball, Nancy Och of St. Cloud, Jean Och of Annandale and Kevin Och of Brainerd; and his siblings, Roman of Swanville, Allan of Lake Wales, Eddie of St. Cloud and Kathy Whiteis of Maple Grove. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
