He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Dlugosch and Leona Dlugosch (Meinz); his wife Teri Chollett; and his parents-in-law, Shirley Dlugosch and John Spanier.
He is survived by: his children, Patrick (Carrie) of Milwaukee, Candice, Rebekah of St. Cloud and Brendan of Minneapolis; his grandchildren, Drew, Isabella, Parker, Teresa, Hannah and Charlie; and his siblings, John, Joyce Sauer (Dave), James (Kori), Thomas (Bryce), Mary Dlugosch (Wade Loofbourrow) and Linda Spanier. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
