He is survived by: his wife Lucille Blommer of Joseph's Catholic Church; his children, Brian (Carol), Randal (Theresa), Julie Theis, Jeffrey, Joseph (Brenda) and Lisa Finnegan (Pat); his siblings, Rosemary Kiffmeyer and James Heinen (Jean); and his sister-in-law Mary Heinen. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 38 great grandchildren.
