It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard G. Chmielewski (Saint Cloud, Minnesota), who passed away on October 17, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Chmielewski and Lucille Chmielewski (Jahn); and his niece Mary Lu Kampa. He is survived by: his wife Kay Schulze; his children, Bob (Jean) of Colorado Springs, CO, Gail Reignier (Bruce) of Pendleton, SC, Lynn Pollock (Mike) of Leawood, KS, Paul (Annette) of Rochester, Dean (Elizabeth) of Shakopee and Chuck (Denise) of Woodbury; his grandchildren, Katie Tiedeman (Phillip), Tom (Brooke), Aaron Reignier (Paula), Christa Sellers (Bryan), Dani (Mario) of Leon, Ali Thabuteau (James), Kayla Pollock, Cassandra Deering (Gene), John, Kara, Michael, Megan, Sara, Conor Maas, Cooper Maas, William, Rachel and Isabel; and his siblings, Jeanne Anderson of Waconia, Donna Kampa (Lee) of Sauk Rapids and Don (Donna) of Tampa, FL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to either Poor Clares Monastary or Cathedral High School.
