He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mohr and Kathryn Mohr (Kuebelbeck); his sister Joyce Poganski; and his siblings-in-law, Roger Poganski, Thomas Powers, Robert Marshall and Carol Van Hale Marshall.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his sister Peggy Powers of Annapolis, MD; his mother-in-law Lorraine Van Hale Wagner; and his siblings-in-law, Sheila Gruba (Rod), Tom Van Hale (Karen), Dan Van Hale and Louie Van Hale (Shirley). He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews.
